The exam wants the benefits articulated precisely — consistency and enforced baselines, faster reaction time, a workforce multiplier that frees staff for higher-value work, and standardized infrastructure as code. Just as important are the other considerations: complexity, cost, single points of failure, technical debt, and the ongoing supportability of automated workflows.
